Holiday season is fast approaching! For those currently masterminding their great escape, luxury travel brand TUMI have collaborated with London-based luxury swimwear brand Orlebar Brown on a limited edition run of poolside-perfect tote bags, ensuring any summer strategizing is a glamorous and hassle-free affair!

Already a main player in contemporary luxury luggage with their high-quality technical designs, and tastefully minimal, black-on-black ballistic nylon travel bags, à la Miuccia Prada, TUMI’s new, playful collaboration includes neutral styles in stone and navy canvas, with corresponding interiors and leather trim, reiterating the clean style codes of the brand’s ethos of simplicity. The most visually enticing, however - and the runaway favourite - is the colourful pop-print canvas tote featuring the iconic 1950’s photograph of the exclusive Hotel Du Cap in Antibes, shot by legendary photographer Slim Aarons and derived from the Getty archives. Handsome in their variety, all three unisex styles are classic modern essentials.

The totes are designed with a water-resistant rubber base, ideal for the sandy beach - or any lush London grassland: if you’re a devout city slicker, these ultra-functional canvas carry-alls fulfil the obligatory summer task of shipping stores of alfresco accoutrements to the park the at the weekend, or perusing the local farmers' market.
